Mike is passionate about building the operational infrastructure that enables organizations to reach their next level of performance.
He brings more than 20 years of senior executive leadership across operations, sales, marketing, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, partnerships, and product and service development. He is a three‑time co‑founder has driven growth in startups, founder‑financed companies, venture‑backed and private equity‑backed platforms, publicly traded organizations, and non‑profits. He also serves as a Board Director for privately held companies and non‑profits.
Mike is particularly effective at partnering with visionary CEOs to translate strategy into disciplined operational execution, accelerate growth, and lead high‑performing teams.
Mike holds an MBA from Wharton and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin.
Erika Benke Emerson
Erika is passionate about advancing patient-centered policies at the state and national levels to help secure effective, affordable physical and behavioral health care for everyone.
She has more than 20 years of health policy and advocacy experience, including health care and pharmaceutical public policy, issues management, strategic communications and stakeholder relations. Serving both for-profit and non-profit organizations, she is committed to breaking down barriers to quality health care and pharmaceutical access for people living with chronic disease. Her pharmaceutical industry experience and knowledge of the U.S. health care system lend unique insight on state and federal policies impacting health care access, quality and value.
Erika earned a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin.
